If you ever have an issue with your order please reach out and let me know. We do not offer refunds or returns on specific items ( custom/personalized) I will try my best to come to a resolution we are both happy with. 

Please make sure that anything that is personalized or customized you check ALL spelling and grammar. If you approve a design with mistakes we will try to offer some type of resolution but ultimately the design was approved by you and we can only do what was approved. With that, I love my customers and want to make products and items that have meaning for them and things that they will keep and treasure for years to come so, my customers satisfaction is number one.

Note most of my items have a 1-3 day production time. Some more detailed and involved work takes 3-7 days of production time.

Shipping time is usually 3-5 days for USPS ground advantage shipping, please be aware it could take longer during peak seasons.  Please factor in delays when placing an order that you need for a specific date.

I do offer custom products and would love to know what you would like. If it is something outside of my skill set or my machine capabilities I might have to decline the offer. I am always willing to test my limits. 

I do offer quanity pricing for items that have no variations and with a quantity limit.
